Chanco on the James lodges can sleep over 90 overnight guests. Chanco offers comfortable and private accommodations that are double occupancy with private baths. Each room has one double bed and one single bed, or two double beds. Roll-aways are also available for families. Each room has personal climate control. Accommodations Include:

• A, B, C, and D Lodges; twenty-eight cozy rooms total with one double bed and one single bed including private bath with river views. Individual room climate control. The Pipsico Bay Conference Room and the River View Conference Room are adjacent to C and D lodges. These four lodges are one story buildings and all rooms have handicap accessibility.

• Watson Lodge; six generous rooms total. Four rooms have two double beds and two rooms have three single beds. This is a three story lodge with wooded views. Private kitchen and laundry facilities convey. The Powhatan Conference Room is on the first floor of this lodge. Handicap accessible.

• The Manor House; three bedrooms on the second floor. Two rooms have two single beds each and the "Bishops Room", the master bedroom with fireplace, has one double bed and one single bed. On the first floor, a private kitchen with laundry facilities is available. A formal dining room, living room, and sweeping weatherproof porch all have spectacular river views
